REFUND POLICY
At Noyona Cosmetics and Skin Care Products OPC, your satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind the quality of our products and want every purchase to be a positive experience.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges only for items that meet the Defective Product Criteria below.
⚠️ For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns due to change of mind, shade preference, or personal dislike of scent/texture.
Defective Product Criteria
A product is considered defective if it meets any of the following conditions upon delivery:
1. Wrong Product or Variant Received – e.g., ordered Noni Hair Darkening Shampoo in Natural Black but received Chestnut Brown.
2. Abnormal Quality – unusual odor, color, texture, or consistency that indicates contamination or spoilage.
3. Expired or Near Expiry – delivered item is expired, or has less than 6 months shelf life remaining (unless shorter shelf life was disclosed before purchase).
4. Non-Functional Item – product component (e.g., pump dispenser) does not function as intended.
Not Considered Defects
• Change of mind (e.g., different shade preference after purchase).
• Personal dislike of scent, texture, or formulation if the product is otherwise in good condition.
• Allergic reactions, unless the product was mislabeled or missing ingredient information.
Process for Returns
1. Notify us within 7 days of receipt at contact@noyonacosmetics.com with your order number and clear photos of the defective item.
2. Once approved, we will provide return instructions.
3. Philippines Orders: Return shipping costs will be covered by us for defective or wrong items.
4. International Orders: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, but we will cover reshipping of the replacement item once verified defective.
5. Refunds or replacements will be processed within 7–14 business days after inspection of the returned product.
Refunds
• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) payments, refunds will be made via bank transfer or e-wallet (e.g., GCash, Maya).
• Please allow 7–14 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
