Local Shipping (Philippines)

• Delivery Partners: We ship nationwide through trusted couriers such as J&T Express, LBC, Ninja Van, and 2GO.
• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
• Estimated Delivery Times:
• Metro Manila / NCR: 3–5 business days
• Provincial Areas: 6–8 business days
• Remote / Island Areas: 9–12 business days

Note: Delays may occur during peak seasons, holidays, or due to unforeseen courier disruptions.


International Shipping

• Delivery Partners: We ship internationally via DHL Express, FedEx, or Aramex.
• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 5 business days after payment confirmation.
• Estimated Delivery Times:
• Asia: 8–12 business days
• USA & Canada: 13–15 business days
• Europe: 12–17 business days
• Other Countries: 14–21 business days

Customs and import duties may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.


Shipping Fees

• International: Rates are based on weight, destination, and courier service. Exact fees are displayed at checkout before payment.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and instructions to track your package.


Failed Deliveries / Returned Packages

If delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address, absence of recipient, or unclaimed package, re-delivery fees will be shouldered by the customer.
