At Noyona Cosmetics and Skin Care Products OPC, your satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind the quality of our products and want every purchase to be a positive experience.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges only for items that meet the Defective Product Criteria below.

⚠️ For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns due to change of mind, shade preference, or personal dislike of scent/texture.

Defective Product Criteria: 1) Wrong Product or Variant Received. 2) Abnormal Quality – unusual odor, color, texture, or consistency. 3) Expired or Near Expiry – item expired or less than 6 months shelf life unless previously disclosed. 4) Non-Functional Item – product component does not function as intended.

Not Considered Defects

• Change of mind (e.g., different shade preference after purchase).
• Personal dislike of scent, texture, or formulation if the product is otherwise in good condition.
• Allergic reactions, unless the product was mislabeled or missing ingredient information.

Process for Returns

1. Notify us within 7 days of receipt at contact@noyonacosmetics.com with your order number and clear photos of the defective item.

2. Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

3. Philippines Orders: Return shipping costs will be covered by us for defective or wrong items.

4. International Orders: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, but we will cover reshipping of the replacement item once verified defective.

5. Refunds or replacements will be processed within 7-14 business days after inspection of the returned product.

Refunds

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) payments, refunds will be made via bank transfer or e-wallet (e.g., GCash, Maya).
• Please allow 7-14 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
