- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.

- Provincial Areas: 6–8 business days
- Remote / Island Areas: 9–12 business days
International Shipping
- Delivery Partners: We ship internationally via DHL Express, FedEx, or Aramex.
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 5 business days after payment confirmation.

Shipping Fees

Order Tracking

Failed Deliveries / Returned Packages
If delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address, absence of recipient, or unclaimed package, re-delivery fees will be shouldered by the customer.
